Sales and Marketing
Pyrethra is a Technology Advisory and Consulting Corporation based in Toronto and Niagara Falls, Canada. We provide technology consulting and advisory services across multiple industries and develop new technology products. Pyrethra is seeking to hire a Communication, public relations and marketing contractor who has the overall responsibility to deliver the communication, public relations, and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
The contractor must have a passion/ strong interest for technology related topics and keep abreast with emerging trends in the technology sector and how they impact various industries. The contractor shall:
1. Keep up with technology current trends and technology-related current affairs in Canada and around the world.
2. Develop and implement engaging marketing and sales strategies
3. Support internal and external engagements in a pro-active manner.
4. Develop and implement marketing metrics to measure marketing impact on sales
5. Research, subscribe to procurement portals and prepare responses to RFPs
Minimum qualifications
1. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
2. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management
3. Proven experience in content development including social media content in a corporate setting. Digital skills are highly desirable.
4. High level of integrity and efficiency in delivering tasks
5. Excellent public speaking skills and able to connect in an engaging yet diplomatic manner with an audience of client, senior industry experts, public officials and business executives.
6. Eligible to work in Canada and MUST be located in the GTA and own a vehicle
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: $35,009.62-$125,507.60 per year
